Everyday folks' lunch, in a Bayonne's working class eatery. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere in a sober dining room. Modern, impeccable toilets. Middle aged local patrons. It's also a heritage and memorial site for me. They used to rent rooms upstairs.

Même un jour d'ouverture des fêtes de Bayonne, le Tranquille propose un menu complet à 16 euros dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Manger du choux fleur charcuterie en entrée me réjouit. J'y reviendrai.

Restaurante de comida muy casera. Compuesto de entrada de sopa, primer plato embutido, huevo y picadillo vinagreta, segundo plato chuleta cerdo estofada con patatas y zanahoria cocida. Postre variado, jarrita de vino y cafe. Todo el menu 16 euros. Trato muy muy agradable. Un solo pero, menú de platos únicos para todo el lundo.

C'est mon restaurant préféré du midi! c'est frais, c'est bon et c'est un menu. J'y fais toujours des rencontres. Pendant les fêtes c'est un lieu magique! et le dimanche midi c'est un restaurant familial et agréable et je compte y aller un Dimanche. D'autre part, je l'humble fournisseur de leur carreau que je trouve très beau. En 3 mots c'est une institution!

Ne changez rien ! Un restaurant comme avant, un vrai, une cuisine simple et efficace, un service rondement mené avec le sourire. J´y reviendrai

Très bon petit bar restaurant. Services serviables. Bonne cuisine. Omelette aux piments sonctueuse Désolé mais je mets que 4 étoiles car j'avais pris qu'une Omelette sans le jambon qui l'accompagne, sans le 1/4 de vin, sans le fromage sans pain. Qui était le menu des fêtes de Bayonne à 18 euros tout compris. Et m'ont fait facturer 15 euros étonnement de ma part. Et leur avoir dit que j'avais pris qu'une Omelette. Certes, j'ai mangé sans réserver mais à 10h comme la vingtaine de premiers clients qui avaient réservé. Je trouve l'omelette un peu cher ( 15 euros) Bref c'était aussi les ferias de Bayonne et je n'avais pas demandé le prix non plus. Mais sans cela, ce petit troquet mérite un 5 étoiles point de vue qualité/ prix. Bravo

Une vraie découverte ! Menu unique "ouvrier " 16€ soupe-entrée-plat-dessert-vin-café. C'est bon, copieux, fait maison, un restau de quartier familial derrière Jean Dauger. Et quel accueil !
